Mr. Glenn Jarrett, age 77 of Jasper, passed away at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital on May 20, 2012. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:30 to 11 p.m., Monday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the funeral hour. Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 22 at 2 p.m. at Sharptop Baptist Church with Revs Robert Allen and Johnny Garrison officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors are daughters and son-in-law: Helen Collis, Jasper and Angie and Mark Jones, Jasper; brothers: J.T Childers, Ludville Community and Jimmy Childers, Blue Ridge; grandchildren: Haley and Cody Jones, Crystal and Phillip Landrum; great-grandchild Helaina Landrum; nieces and nephews.
