On Wednesday July 17th, Pickens County honored its service department members who have saved or assisted in the saving of a life. Keith Gravely, Jason Angle, Will Mathews, and John McPherson, were all presented Life Saving Award Commendations by Sloan Elrod of the Pickens County Fire Department, and Pickens County Commissioner Chairman, Rob Jones.
