Mr. Keith Thomason, age 58 of Jasper, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at his residence. Born November 23, 1955 in Pickens County, Georgia, he was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Thomason. Keith had worked as the manager over the Jasper Coca Cola Bottling plant, was a member of the Pickens Star Masonic Lodge and was a member of the County Line Baptist Church.

Survivors include, his wife, Lesa Thomason of Jasper, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Nathan Ledbetter of Jasper, Ga.; grandson, Trace Ledbetter of Jasper, Ga.; his mother, Elaine Thomason of Jasper, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Randall Bruce of Jasper, Ga.; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Kathy Thomason of Talking Rock, Ga.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Carol and Alton Wallace of Jasper, Ga.; father-in-law, Joe Kirk of Talking Rock, Ga.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bobby and Shonna Champion of Canton, Ga. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jess Posey will officiate, with the interment to follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday and until the funeral hour on Tuesday.

The family will accept flowers or donations be made to a local charity of your choice.
