Mrs. Kathleen Duckett, age 87 of the Yellow Creek Community, passed away at the Sonshine Manor Personal Care Home on Tuesday November 4, 2014.

She is survived by son-in-law; Wayne Smith of Sequatchie, Tenn., brother & sister-in-law; Billy & Judy Coltrane of Jasper, sister & brother-in-law; Sue & Wayne Sperin of Cumming, 3 grandchildren; Stephanie Hemond, Tony Kellogg, Jeff Smith, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:30 pm till 9 pm, Thursday from 8 am until 10 pm and again on Friday from 8 am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 am Friday at Conns Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Padgett and Rev. Kenny Sutton officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
