Mrs. Bernice Burgess, age 96, of Jasper passed away Sunday morning, January 25, 2015 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.She is survived by her brother, Lee Evans of Dahlonega; Step-Daughters, Cheryl Jarvis of Cumming and Margie Elliott of Cumming, niece and nephew, Sherryl and Mike Murden of Dahlonega.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Gene Tatum officiating. The interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at Roper Funeral Home.
