Mrs. Nancy Cowart, age 63 of Ball Ground, passed away at her residence on Friday January 30, 2015. She is survived by her husband; Jack Cowart of Ball Ground, son & daughter-in-law; Randall & Melissa Cowart of Ball Ground, daughter & son-in-law; Melissa & Michael Butler of the Hinton Community, brothers; Jim Holt of Savannah, Clay Holt of Ball Ground, sister; Cyndy Smith of Comer, Ga., 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4pm till 9pm, Sunday from 8am till 9pm and again on Monday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm on Monday February 2, 2015 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Jon Wise officiating. The interment will follow in Lake Forest Memorial Park.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Cancer Research Foundation.
