Karen Sue Witzel, age 67, of Big Canoe passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.Mrs. Witzel was born on July 9, 1947 in Sandusky, Ohio to the late Albert and Anna Sedlock.

Survivors include husband, Robert Witzel of Big Canoe; daughters, Christine Witzel of Roswell, Julie Witzel of Atlanta; and brother, Tom Sedlock of Berlin Heights, OH. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home & Crematory of Jasper, Georgia.
