Mrs. Mozell Earwood Cavin, age 77, of Jasper passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.Mrs. Mozell Earwood Cavin, age 77, of Jasper passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

Mrs. Cavin was born in Talking Rock, Georgia to Mack and Ada Walker Bunch on March 13, 1937.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Ricky and Kathy Earwood of Hiram, Barry and Stacie Earwood of Dallas, Terry and Shelia Earwood of California; stepson and daughter-in-law, Mike and Janet Cavin; stepdaughter, Cathy Mitchell; fifteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Eugene Cavin; parents, Mack and Ada Bunch; sisters, Azzilee Higginbotham, Ruth Coester, Ovalene Cawley, Barbara Long, Louise Bridges, Suelene Abbott; brothers, J. H. Bunch, M. C. Bunch, and Frank Bunch.

Funeral Services are planned for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Jasper United Methodist Church with Reverend Chip Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, March 5, 2015 until the funeral hour.

The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the Jasper United Methodist Women in memory of Mrs. Cavin.
