Mrs. Anita K. Granito-Scott, of Jasper passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

She was born April 13, 1933 in Queens Village, New York to Henry C. Kunkel and Johanna Kelly.

Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Herbert Kenneth Scott of Jasper; son, Mark R. Tiffany of Yucca Valley, California; sister, Jackie Gutafson of Arizonia; daughters, Sharon (George) Habiniak, Deborah Smith of Latham, New York; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Lake Forest Memorial Park in Jasper.

Arrangements are entrusted to the staff of Roper Funeral Home & Crematory in Jasper, Georgia.
