Travis Lee Jordan, age 33, of Ball Ground passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.  He was born January 7, 1983 to Robert Earl and Judith Jordan.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Jordan of Ball Ground; children, Andon Byrd of Ball Ground and Kilee Byrd of Ball Ground; sister and brother-in-law, Hollie and Corey Thompson of Jasper; sisters, Kimberly Ann Aylesworth of Atlanta, Melissa Childers; and brother, Kevin Jordan of Jasper.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Jordan.

There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 11at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Jerry Stewart officiating.  The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Roper Funeral Home in honor of Travis.
