Mrs. Anna Frances Aicher, age 87, of Jasper, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016 at Pruitt Healthcare in Jasper. She was born November 21, 1928 in Regensburg, Germany to Johann and Maria Hayder. She was married to the late Donald Edward Aicher. Mrs. Aicher was a deeply religious woman who loved her family and friends.

Mrs. Aicher is survived by her sons, Robert Aicher (Carol) of Lake Leelanau, Michigan; Dr. John Aicher of Jasper, Georgia; Gary Aicher (Sue) of Salem, Virginia; brother, Konrad Hayder of Regensburg Germany; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2016 at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church with Father Charles Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
