John Henry Wheeler, age 76 of Ball Ground, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.

He is survived by his son, Brandon Wheeler of Ball Ground; sister, Virginia Davis of Buford; niece, Amanda Coker of Dawsonville.

The Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Ball Ground City Cemetery. Visitation will be at Roper Funeral Home, Monday, January 16, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
