Mr. Edward J. Burchins, Jr., age 73 of Big Canoe, passed away at Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital in Marietta.Survivors include his Wife: Emily Burchins of Big Canoe; Sons: Edward Francis Burchins of Laurnburg, NC and Patrick Burchins of Lilburn; Daughter: Nancy Burchins of Columbia, SC; Sister: Jeanne Fitzpatrick of San Francisco, CA; 5 Grandchildren: Bobby, Collin, Alex, Andrew and Molly; 1 Niece, 1 Nephew and a Beloved Dog, Ace.

The Family requests that in lieu of flowers, Memorials be made to Big Canoe Animal Rescue.
