Mrs. Bennie Ruth Timms, age 82 of Nelson, passed away at her residence on Thursday evening, December 1 at her residence.Visitation will begin Friday evening, December 2nd at 5 p.m. and continue until the services on Sunday, December 4th at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home officiated by Revs. Johnny Holloway and Leroy Blackwell. Interment will follow at Hinton Community Center.

Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law: Larry and Dianne Timms, and Charles and Brenda Timms, all of Nelson; daughters and son-in-law: Hazel Hefner of Talking Rock and Rita and Eddie Nolan of Tate; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, AC Timms and grandson, Chad Timms.
