Mrs. Jessica Colley Sams, age 33 of Dawsonville, GA died Friday, May 10, 2013 at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, GA.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Sams, Dawsonville, Daughters, Taya Sams & Shalyn Sams, Dawsonville, Father, Harold Colley, Jasper, Mother & Stepfather, Dianne & Jeff Shahan, Jasper, Brother, Jason Colley, Jasper, Sisters & Brother-in-law, Jennifer & Dwayne, Reddin, Jasper, Jeannett Denton, Marietta, Grandparents, Ralph & Stella Chattin, Ellijay, Several aunts uncles and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Chapman & Rev. Jimmy Sams officiating.

The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday, and until the funeral hour on Sunday.
