Friday FYN obtained an incident report from the Gilmer County Sheriff office concerning Tea Party Communication Director and Chairman North Georgia Tea Party Alliance Jack Smith.

The report alleges that at a recent board meeting Smith threatened to slap fellow board member Rebecca Landau twice with witnesses present.
