Mrs. Marcille Gartrell, age 88 of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2013 at Halcyon Hospice in Atlanta.She is survived by sons & daughter-in-law: Tim Gartrell, Larry & Joan Gartrell, daughter & son-in-law: Mary & Joe Jones, brother-in-law & sister-in-law: Henry & Audrey Gartrell, sister-in-law: Fayma Bunch, 7 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs Gartrell was preceded in death by her husband: Chig Gartrell.

The Family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:30pm till 8pm and again on Thursday from 8am until prior till the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 11am on Thursday at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Kelley officiating. The interment will follow in Whitestone Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will accept flowers but prefer donations to Talking Rock First Baptist Church.
