FYN has learned about a motorcycle accident resulting in a fatality from the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol.The motorcycle accident resulting in a fatality happened on Sunday July 28th at 12:51 p.m. on Hwy. 136 in Jasper.

The one vehicle accident involved driver Francesco Pascarella, age 57 of Jasper. He apparantly lost control of his Honda Gold Wing motorcyle while entering a curve. After losing control he went down an enbankment and was separated from his motorcycle. The Pickens County Coroner pronounced him deceased.
