Mrs. Jewell Mullins, age 90 of Jasper, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at her residence, following a period of declining health.
Born September 16, 1923 in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Rev. John Henry Thomason and Mary Collins Thomason. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Warren Mullins. Mrs. Mullins had worked as a school lunchroom manager with the Pickens County Board of Education and was a member of the County Line Baptist Church.

Survivors include, DAUGHTER, Rosemary Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; SONS & DAUGHTERS-IN-LAW, Gregory and Wanda Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; John and Donna Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, Anita Mullins of Ellijay, Ga.; GRANDCHILDREN, David and Bobbi Mullins of Ellijay, Ga.; Joseph and Krista Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; Julie Mullins of Ellijay, Ga.; Justin and Rebekah Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; Kerra Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; Kyler Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; Konner Mullins of Jasper, Ga.; 7 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN; ONE BROTHER-IN-LAW, FIVE SISTERS-IN-LAW, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jess Posey will officiate, with the interment to follow in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday and until the funeral hour on Thursday.
