The Pickens County April meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Chattahoochee Technical College in Jasper. This month’s meeting will feature candidates for various elected offices where they will each tell us a little about themselves and answer some questions.Those attending so far are Karen Handel, US Senate, Derrick Grayson, US Senate, Ken Harron, Congressman 14th District, and Amanda Swafford, US Senate. Jack Kingston, Congressman 1st District cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts but will have a representative there.

You don’t want to miss this opportunity to meet these candidates face to face and hear their views on important issues.

Other candidates have been invited but have not confirmed that they will come yet.
