Psalm 88:1-2 “O Lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before Thee; Let my prayer come before Thee: Incline Thine ear unto my cry.”O Lord You are our salvation and hope. We praise Your name because of Your outstretched arms of love to us. When no one else cares, You do care. When no one else understands, You do understand. When no one else can help, You are able and ready to meet our deepest needs. We pray for those today who are filled with uncertainty. Life is so difficult when we face it without assurance in our hearts. You are the only one who can cause us to be calm and have composure of soul amidst the storms that brew and blow around us. We exclaim with Paul the Apostle “For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day.” That one is Christ, our blessed Redeemer.
Amen.
