Robert Terrell “Rocky” Patterson, Jr., age 57, of Jasper, Georgia died Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Brock Patterson of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Libby Patterson of Jasper; nieces, Maggie, Ansley, and Taylor Patterson all of Jasper. Several other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Terrell Patterson, Sr.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 28 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Reverend Corey Rich officiating. Pallbearers are Jeff Patterson, Jabo Patterson, Danny Patterson, Doug Patterson, Drew Patterson, and Johnny Brock.

The family will receive friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

The family will accept flowers or contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in Rocky’s name.
