Question: If our politicians insist it’s so necessary to permit the uninhibited flood of millions of illegal “farm workers” into America on the pretext they will do jobs that American’s won’t, then why would we want to make them Americans too?  Actually, most of them don’t want to be ‘Norte Americano’s’ but simply want to earn a living wage to send home to support their poverty stricken families in Mexico. But the problem has now overwhelmed us.

I remember when farm workers (Braceros) came into Southern California, on buses, by contract, were supplied adequate farm homes or barracks, if unaccompanied by their wives and children, worked long day’s picking out orange groves, then moving north a few more miles, to another farm as the coming spring allowed them. They finished up in Washington State at the end of their harvest season months later. Then, they went home, cash in hand, to their families.

Of course all that changed when politicians realized that with a tweak of the laws, the mass base of potential democrat voters that flowed into our country every year, could be induced to stay if they could be supported at tax payer expense to do so. In the name of fairness I suppose, it happened despite our early feeble protests. Now comes the “anchor baby” problems. “Oh, what tangled webs we weave, when first we practiced to deceive.”

But, there we are. There’s nothing for it! Now they come, after only a couple of generations, not to pick beans but to feed out of American public trough, leave their issue and make further claims against our purse. Now they demand, not ask mind you, but demand free education, free health care, free college tuition, free housing, and food stamps and “Oh, by the way, can we bring our aunts and uncles to live with us so we stay as a family?”

Trump wants to finish building the wall that was authorized and started twenty or so years ago as an appeasement to alarmed voters. Then he want’s to start deportating illegals back to their countries of origin. The hand wringing squalls of despair are already deafening. “We can’t deport millions of people”, “We can’t separate families”, “that wouldn’t be fair,” and so on.

Well, actually, Yes, we can deport millions of illegals and we can do it more humanely than the methods the illegals took to get here. As to separating families, why can’t they be separated? If a criminal goes to prison, the state doesn’t take care of his family. That’s real separation, one that could last for years, unless one is favored by Obama’s get out of jail free plan.

Ted Cruz made an absolutely brilliant statement from his dais at the last GOP debate on the FOX Business channel, when he said, and I paraphrase: “We would pay attention (to the problem) if Mexican lawyers and Mexican journalists started crossing the border taking jobs.“ The cheers were deafening. Like Trump, who has captured Americans imagination as a problem solver by speaking directly to the truth, without qualifiers, Ted Cruz scored a big hit on that one.  Alas, It’s been several days since that debate and Ted’s words seemed to have disappeared into a rat hole, apparently not to ever be mentioned again in the hopes it will be forgotten.

Politicians will always have a job. First they create a problem, tell us they can solve the problem, then promptly set about making the problem into law; Problem solved, they think. That unfair  quota Visa business for tech savvy Sahib Indians to take jobs from Americans, is another crime that immediately needs to be addressed. We can start by boycotting Disneyland who has fired nearly all of their indigenous IT staff to be replaced by H1-c Visa Indians. Is that fair? Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (13 Nov 2015)
