Franklin L. Nissen, age 75 of Jasper, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at his residence.

He is survived by his children Frank L. Nissen Jr., Clark Nissen, Melinda Dennis, and step-daughter Linda Lanni.

A memorial service will be held at Episcopal Church of the Holy Family on February 6, 2016.
