Mrs. Jo Kelley age 82, of Talking Rock passed away Sunday Jan. 24, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by: one son & daughter-in-law: John & Rhonda Dowling of Powder Springs, two daughters & sons-in-law: Elaine & Frank Parker of Moultrie,Ga. Robyn & Terry Morgan of Talking Rock, one brother & sister-in-law: Robert & Debra Turner of Talking Rock, eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Mrs. Kelley was preceeded in death by her husbands: W.M. Dowling and Samuel J. Kelley and grandson: Jeremy Morgan.

Visitation will begin on Monday Jan. 25 from 5 – 9 PM. Funeral service is scheduled for 10 AM Tuesday from the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Jared Raines officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna,Ga.
