Mrs. Wanda J. Chastain, age 73 of Ranger passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Chastain is survived by her husband Shurman Chastain of Ranger; son and daughter-in-law: William and Becky Gravley of Canton; step sons: Randall and Mary Chastain of Ludville community and Dale and Susie Chastain of Ludville community; daughter and son-in-law: Wanda and Dodie Cole of Gordon County; step daughters: Kathy and Randy Lacy of Ludville community, Hassie and Tony McDonald of Ludville community, and Augie and Terry Lumpkin of Dalton; brothers Richard Cheak of Acworth and Luther Cheak of Newport, TN; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 5pm until 10pm, Friday from 8am until 10pm, and Saturday 8am until prior to the funeral hour. The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday at 2pm at Black Knob Baptist Church with Rev. Randall Chastain and Rev. Tracy Welchel officiating. Interment at Black Knob Baptist Church Cemetery.
