ATLANTA, GA – Tom Graves today qualified for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives for Georgia’s 14th District, formally placing his name on the ballot.

“The focus of my work every single day is to secure and expand freedom for the people of the 14th District,” said Graves. “I believe our Constitutional rights are God-given, sacred and untouchable. Our potential in life and the dreams of our children should never be limited by government. Our national defense should be restored as a top national priority, and our veterans should never wonder if they will receive the care they earned and deserve.”

“In recent years, we’ve been in a fight for the future of our country. We’ve spent our days repealing, blocking, suing and investigating the Obama administration and their policies. It’s the hard work of preserving freedom in the face of an aggressive executive. We have secured some victories along the way, but our aim is for much greater reforms.”

“President Obama will soon be gone, and a new era is coming. I believe we can solve our debt crisis, reform the tax code, transform our health care system and strengthen our military if we finally have every branch of our government focused on empowering people rather than growing government.”

“It is the honor of my life to serve the people of Northwest Georgia, and I humbly ask for your vote to continue the work of advancing freedom and this great cause called the United States of America.”
