Mrs. Lola Faye Greene, age 79, of Jasper passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at home.  She was born May 8, 1936 to Judson and Lillie Davis in Canton, Georgia.

Faye is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Nina and Rick Tucker of Jasper, Laura Jean Martin of Waleska; sisters, Linda Wade of Canton, Barbara McGee of Hickory Flat, Kathy Luxerdo of Cartersville; grandchildren, Zachary Martin of Waleska, Ashley Martin of Waleska, Lee Greene of Ball Ground, Bryan Greene of Talking Rock, Dwight Blanton of Hill City, Jessica Gates of New Jersey; great-grandchildren, Lillie, Dylan, Matthew, Hayden, Abagail, and Dean.  Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by husband, Jerry O’Neil Greene; children, Loretta Blanton, Danny O’Neil Greene, and Beverly Jolene Greene.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Lake Forest Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. and until the funeral hour on Thursday.
