Reverend Gregg Meadows of Jasper United Methodist Church and Kristal Beaver representing Trinity Tabernacle were recognized as raising the most money for Pastor’s Pot held last Saturday, May 6th,  in Jasper.

The event benefits CARES.  Reverend David Mcllvaine of Cares made the presentation.  Fourteen churches were represented and raised $8,300 dollars.  

Reverend Mcllvaine also presented the Spirit Award to Cornerstone Church members and Pastor Ron Rucker.  The Best Savory dish award was won by Reverend George Yandell of Holy Family Episcopal Church in Jasper and Daughters of the King were voted Best Sweets.   (photos courtesy of Max Caylor)
