Charles Stanley Baxter Jr. age 52 of Jasper, Ga passed away at his residence on October 16, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Stanley Baxter Sr. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Amelia and Gary Chesher of Jasper, Sisters August Casey of Jasper and April Maupin of North Carolina, Several nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.

At his request Mr. Baxter was cremated.
