Mrs. Ila Rae Moss, age 94 of Jasper, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Rock Creek Manor in Jasper. She was born February 17, 1922 in Ranger.

Mrs. Moss is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney and Veda Moss of Ball Ground, Terry and Cindy Moss of Canton, Mickey and Nena Moss of Tennessee; sister, Addie Davis of Smyrna; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2017 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Ben Mock, and Reverend Ben Langley officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta, Georgia.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Roper Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, make memorial contributions to your favorite charity or Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
