Denice Palmer Williams passed away on Monday May 22, 2017 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Ga.

Denice is survived by her husband; John Black of Jasper, children; Millie Evans of Jasper, Kiki Reeves of Ball Ground, and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Buddy and Ann Harding Palmer.

A celebration of Denice’s life will be held by her family at the residence, 308 Hobson Drive, Jasper, Georgia on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Denice Williams Memorial Fund in care of Roper Funeral Home.
