Carl Palmer age 80 of Jasper passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Palmer was born July 6, 1936 to the late Dainie and Eustis Palmer in Manchester, Ga.

Mr. Palmer is survived by his wife Janet Palmer of Jasper; Children, Douglas Lee Palmer of Lilburn, John Forrest Palmer of Tucker, Joel Barry Palmer of Hoschton; Grandchildren, Douglas Lee Palmer, Jr, Allison Allen, Matthew Palmer, Sarah Moore, Anna Palmer, Jackson McKibbin, Alyssa Coble, Andrew Coble; Great grandchildren, Levi Christopher Palmer, Peyton Douglas Allen, Jay Coble; Sister, Diana Revels.

A private family service will be held on Thursday June 1, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a pet rescue of you choice.
