Mr. Chad Couch, age 27 of Ellijay Ga, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Cartersville Medical Center.

Mr. Couch is survied by his mother: Alicia Rich and Step Father Norman Rich of Bonifay, Fl. Father: Johnny David Couch of Ellijay, GA. Brothers: Cory Herrick and Karsyn Couch of Ellijay, GA. Sisters: Ariel Couch of Bonifay, Fl. and Holly Rich of Panama City, Fl.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 26, at 9:00am until 11:00am.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 26, at 11:00am in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel. Minister Mark Bowman officiating.
