Billy “Hunny” Reed, age 71, of Fairmount, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Reed of Fairmount; grandchildren, Jessie Angel of Fairmount, Cierra and Timmy Hett of Jasper; and great-grandchild, Owen Reed Hett of Jasper. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mr. Reed was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to the staff of Roper Funeral Home & Crematory in Jasper, Georgia.
