Shorter College gained another Dragon on National Signing Day as Trevon Hawkins of the Pickens football put his name on the dotted line.

Chris Parker jokingly said that if he were to get back into coaching, he would be on the Shorter Staff as he now has multiple former players attending Shorter College.  Trevon has been an outstanding player for the football Team at Pickens High School and had a banner year in 2018.  Shorter is getting a versatile athlete and Hawkins will definitely be an impact player for them from the start.
