This week’s #TeamFYNSports Writer’s Player of the Week is Senior offensive lineman, Aidan Sanchez. Aidan, has been a major part of the Dragons success over the last several years manning one of the offensive tackle positons. Against Ridgeland, Aidan did well against their defensive front. He helped open holes for the backs, & gave CJ time to throw the ball. The offensive line for the Dragons works as one. Aidan, Bailey Cannady at the tackle spots, Josh Cook & Mason Watkins at the guard positions, & Sam Stout stepping in as the center. The offense only goes as far as this unit take it & they do their job really well.

Next week, the Dragons are back home to take on the Lafayette Ramblers in the final regular season game. It’s also Senior Night as well. Hopefully, we’ll have better weather than we did last night next Friday. Kickoff set for 7:30.
