Emma Black had a stellar day on the mound for the Pickens Dragonettes, as she didn’t surrender a single run to the Dawson County Tigers earning her a complete game shutout victory.

Pickens jumped out to an early lead when Skylar Weaver singled on a 3-1 count, scoring 1 run. The biggest inning for the Nettes came in the second frame as they played four runs and went up 6-0 on the Tigers. 2 more runs in the third and fourth inning ended the game early, as Pickens was credited with a 10-0 mercy rule win.

Up next for the Nettes is a home game this Thursday vs the Lumpkin County Indians.
