PRESS RELEASE- Just a reminder to make sure your children are up-to-date on their vaccines before sending them back to school. Unless a medical or religious exemption is on file, an updated Georgia Immunization Certificate (Form 3231) must be provided. Please note that rising 7th-grade students need a pertussis (whooping cough) booster (called “Tdap”) and an adolescent meningococcal (MCV4) and rising 11th-grade students need a meningococcal booster (MCV4).
