Mrs. Norma Jean Cagle Willingham, age 81 of Jasper, passed away at her residence on Friday January 30, 2015.She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law; Mike & Mechelle Flowers, daughter & son-in-law; Angie & Tommy Pugh, step son & daughter-in-law; Michael & Rebecca Willingham, step daughter & son-in-law; Kathy & Don Rickman, 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Sunday February 1, from 1pm until 5pm and on Monday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 noon on Monday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Larry Kelley & Steve Lowe officiating. The interment will follow in New Smyrna Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to The Joy House.
