Mr. Charles Higgins, age 60 of Jasper, passed away at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta on Tuesday December 15, 2015.

He is survived by his wife: Charlene Higgins of Jasper, daughter and son-in-law: Courtney & Jason Segers of Talking Rock, brother: Don Higgins of Newnan, Ga., sister & brother-in-law: Pat & Gary Holliman of Jasper, granddaughter: Katelyn Segers and several cousins, nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Thursday December 17th from 11am till 10pm, on Friday from 8am until 10pm and again on Saturday from 8am until prior to the funeral hour.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11am on Saturday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Grant Wade, Alan Caylor & James Thomason officiating. The interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
