Mrs. Joan Mayfield, age 62 of Dawson County passed away at Embracing Hospice in Cumming on Friday morning December 16, 2011.Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home on Saturday, December 17 beginning at 11 a.m.
Funeral Services are schedule for Monday, December 19 at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs Tod McGhee, Greg Bryant and Buck Parker officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
Survivor are husband, Jerry Mayfield, Dawson County; mother, Eunice Chumley, Dawsonville; sons: Joey Walden, Jasper and Benjie Mayfield, Dawson County; daughter, Stacey Lathem, Pikeville, TN; brothers: Larry Chastain, Turtletown, TN and Barry Chastain, Dawson County; sister: Cindy Boothe, Marble Hill and Shelia Beck, Jasper; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
The family request instead of flowers to make donations to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
