Mr. Don Edward Dease Sr., age 58, of Jasper, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 at his home. He was born January 4, 1960 to Luke and Thelma Dease in Kershaw County, South Carolina.
He is survived by his son, Don Edward Dease Jr. of Mankato, Minnesota; daughter and son-in-law, Natalie Dease Coker and Ty Coker of Jasper; grandchildren, Ashaela Buchanan of Jasper, Gavin Moss of Jasper, Flynn Jamison Dease of Mankato, Minnesota; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Dianne Dease of Kannapolis, North Carolina, Luke and Shirley Dease Jr. of Kershaw, South Carolina; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and David Wright of Kershaw, South Carolina, Pamela and Thomas Plyler of Jefferson, South Carolina, Polly and Michael Milazzo of Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina, Brenda and Edward Teems of Talking Rock, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Luke and Thelma Dease; sister, Peggy Dease; and brother, Billy Dease.

The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2018 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Doug Taylor and Dwight Henderson officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
The family will accept flowers or you may make donations to Toys for Tots.
