Dorothy A. Gold, 78, of Jasper, Ga. went to heaven on April 9th.

She was born and raised in Charleston, SC, the daughter of Bryan and Virginia Miller. Charleston was always in her heart. Dorothy never met a stranger and was known for her witty and humorous conversation. She was also a very talented artist. She will be greatly missed and be forever in our hearts.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Julie Gold; grandchildren, Jay, Ty and Averee;brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Georgie Miller of Miami, Florida; nieces, Jennifer Miller of Colorado, Melissa Miller of Miami, Florida, Liz Miller Hayes of Jacksonville, Florida; nephews, Mike Miller of Miami, Florida, Bryan Miller II and his wife, Ronni Miller of Hillsborough, NC.

Services will be held at the Woodstock Church Jasper campus at 2 p.m. on April 14th.
