TALKING ROCK, Ga – Pickens County Sheriff’s Office received what they deemed a credible report about an individual being shot in Talking Rock. They have responded to the scene, but at this time they haven’t located a shooting victim.

Deputies are continuing to investigate.

The report came from a female, but at this time, it’s unknown if a shooting occurred.

UPDATE: the Pickens County Sheriffs office believes there was no actual shooting that took place yesterday.

While the motive that prompted the 911 call is still unknown, Deputies continuing to investigate.
