PHS Basketball, Team FYN Sports

This game was originally scheduled for tonight, but was bumped up to last night due to the incoming weather.

In the 1st, much like the girls game, the Raiders got off to a quick start. Southeast Whitfield took a 22-8 lead over the Dragons going to the 2nd. In the 2nd, it was all Pickens. The Dragons used a 30-18 run in the 2nd to cut the Raiders lead down to 40-38 as we went into halftime.

In the 3rd, Southeast Whitfield again got off to a quick start and stretched their lead out on Pickens. Using a 19-9 run, the Raiders held a 59-47 lead over the Dragons going to the 4th. In the 4th, Pickens again mounted a comeback as they would cut the lead down to single digits using a 16-12 quarter run. It would prove to not be enough however as Southeast Whitfield took this one, 71-63.
