William Thomas “Bill” Hill, age 83, of Ball Ground passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 at
WellStar Windy Hill Hospital. He was born June 19, 1936 to Thomas and Roxie Anna Hill.

He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Hill of Ball Ground; children, Pamela Nanette and Curtis Turner, Cheryl Jan Hill, Anita June Floyd, Billie Michelle Hill; stepchildren, Paige and Mark Waters, Teresa and Randy Dobbs, Michael Galloway; sister, Mildred Long; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hill is preceded in death by his son, William Stanley Hill; brothers, Elzo Hill, Luther Hill; sisters, Mary Lee Edwards, Aileen Poole and Kathleen Ray.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, July 21, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at County Line Baptist Church with Reverend Jess Posey officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 10:30 at the Georgia National Cemetery.

Mr. Hill will Lie-In-State at County Line Baptist Church from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday, July 21, 2019.

Pallbearers include Joe Bezerra, Alex Castaneda, Keith Weaver, Jake Waters, Randy Dobbs and Daniel Dobbs.
