James Lewis Pope

December 16, 1950 – June 10, 2019

Mr. James Lewis Pope, age 68 of Jasper, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Pope is survived by his Wife: Elane of Jasper; Brother: Larry Pope of Dawsonville; Sisters and Brothers-in-Law: Trisha & Herschel Harper of Canton, Gwen & Eddie Parker of Ball Ground; Sister: Janet Chambers of Canton. Three Grandchildren also survive.

The family will be receiving friends Wednesday, June 12, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Thursday, June 13 from 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Thursday, June 13, 2019 in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Eddie Parker, Rev, Keith Harper and Rev. Chris Harper officiating.

Interment will be at Cherokee Memorial Park in Canton following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Zachary Waters, Blake Folsom, Marty Abbott, Heath Harper, Scotty Edwards and Cody Parker.
