Mr. Richard Duckett, age 60 of Nelson, passed away Friday September 6, 2019, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Mr. Duckett is survived by his Sons: Eric Duckett of Marble Hill, Carey Henson of Marble Hill, Gregory Deal of Marble Hill; Daughters: Chasety Duckett of Marble Hill, Rachel Duckett of Marble Hill, Sara Ramsey of Jasper, and Melissa Deal of Jasper; Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Carl & Lisa Duckett of Jasper, Terry & Lynn Duckett of Marble Hill; Sisters: Gail Schein of Marble Hill, Sharon Smith of Marble Hill, Brenda Duckett of Nelson; twenty-one Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.

Richard is preceded in death by his Father: Luke Duckett; Mother: Edna Duckett; Brother: Gregory Duckett; Sons: Brent and Trent Henson.

A memorial service will be held at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel at a later date, to be announced soon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
