Dr. Daniel Warren Smith, age 67 of Jasper, passed away Sunday October 27, 2019 in Murphy, NC.

Dr. Smith is survived by the Mother of his children: Wanda Smith of Jasper; Sons: Paul Looper of Jasper, Daniel Smith of Jasper and John Michael Smith of Jasper; Daughters: Katie Smith of Jasper and Sarah Smith of Scotland, United Kingdom; Brother & Sister-in-Law: John Michael and Anna Smith of Columbus, GA; Sister & Brother-in-Law: Susan & Charles Williams of Columbus, GA; three Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
